The word of God promises a restoration of healing and health
Jer 30:17 KJV For I will restore health unto thee, and I will heal thee of thy wounds, saith the LORD; because they called thee an Outcast, saying, This is Zion, whom no man seeketh after.
Luk 4:18 KJV The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
1. HOLY COMMUNION:
FOR WHOM: For christians and believers

3. BY THE SPIRIT:
FOR WHOM: For mature advanced believers who can handle things by themselves
Rom 8:11 KJV But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
4. LAYING ON OF HANDS
FOR WHOM: For the unbelievers so as to demonstrate the kingdom
Mar 16:18 KJV They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
5. CONFESSION OF MOUTH
FOR WHOM: Generally for all believers
Rom 10:9-10 KJV 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. %v 10% For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
